Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you, we are Resident of sector 46, house no-1212. There were construction of rain dranaige pipeline in our lane 6month back. But the issue is there is no road construction after that. This is very serious concern as there were big digs was created on the road due to which many people fall down and suffered from injury. If proper steps not to be taken then it will become some critical issue for your department in case someone will get serious injury.
We have the duty to intimate you on time so that no issue will be created for you in future. If your department has taken the responsibility for repair rain drainage pipeline then definitely road construction should be first priority after that.

I hope some proper action to be taken asap by your team. if this will not happen, i will highlight this issue through CM window and news agency as well.
