I would like to bring this to your notice that the Street sweeper does not comes in days. Its been more than 15 days, there is no cleaning done in our street. She comes once or twice in a month only. Due to which our street is always dirty. Looking forward for some action on this.

There has been no water supply for the past 1 week in laxman vihar phase 2 Gurgaon... Either the water comes at night 2 am for half an hour or something and recently it has stopped completely.

There is an open pothole in front of House-399, Sector 40. This could cause accident in near future. Kindly cover it properly ASAP

Sewage overflow on roads at H Block Palam vihar Gurgaon from last 7 days

The road in front of F203-218, F Block, Sushant Lok phase 3, Sec 57, Gurugram is completely undone, and the sewage water leakage is increasing day by day, causing stagnant water and unusable roads in front of the house.

Please look into the matter and -
1. Get a proper road made in the lane and
2. Stop the sewage leakage which is causing water stagnation on the road

There is a group of dogs here in Main Lajpat Nagar lane Just opposite of Mianwali community centre. They continue to bark whole day and night.

This is in regard to stray dogs in Sector 40 of Gurugram. It has become difficult to go out of the home or enter into home if coming from outside. The dogs are getting aggressive day by day and attacking everyone specially kids, old people and weaker ones. Already dogs have bitten people and the situation is extremely threatening when alone. Kindly look into the matter and take necessary action.

This is to inform you that i live in Krishna colony Street no. 4, there are many Street dogs here.
These dogs have attacked many people. I would like you to take early action in this case.

Unnecessary blockage of roads is going on in lane. People by themselves doing it and we as neighbour facing issues water get blocked and traffic also occurs due this. We want action for this unnecessary encroachment which is illegal to do

Team MCG, No garbage collection has been done from last 3 days from F263, SL2, Sector - 57, Gurgaon. The 3 days dump of bags in lying which is not hygenic and does not look good too. Our RWA organized for pick up of garbage bags but the person responsible was also threatened. Please organize for a garbage truck to be sent enabling the SL2 members to throw the bags by themselves. Thank you.

Requesting here for removal of garbage, waste lying in front of house 3316, sector 23 gurgaon haryana near vedant real estate, main road service lane. It's been more than months same is lying. Pls do the needful by sending staff to remove the same.

I want to bring it to your notice that I live in Laxman Vihar, street no.- 165 and contaminated water is being supplied in our locality since 12th July. The quality of water is so poor that it can't be used for any kind of purpose. I request you to take required action to improve the quality of water.

I am a resident of sector 23 A, raising concerns over the quality of water supply in the area.
It is observed that the water is dirty, has foul smell and absolutely unfit for use/consumption.
We can take only so much precaution for drinking water but for other activities we have nonoption but to depend on the water supply in the tap. This needs immediate attention as it impacts the general public heath and hygiene, may cause the spread of water borne diseases as well as aid in aggravation of seasonal diseases rampant during during rains. Children and elderly people are at higher risk comparatively, due to the lower immunity than an average adult.

The mail sewer line keeps getting choked very often. There should be a permanent solution.

It is blocked again today. Filed a complaint with Mr Amit Raghav who said his team will attend to it by 10 am. No one has come and Mr Amit is not answering phone calls and messages.

This needs to be resolved permanently.

Our Sewer is getting Over Flow - All bathroom WC is also getting Over Flow
Please get Sewer Line Clean of our area.

A tree has fallen due to heavy thunderstorm on 23/5/2022. Please cut the tree and remove it as it has blocked the road and causing risk for children and others passing by.

Our neighbor's water tank is being over flow and then water being stored in street. We all requested him so many times to resolve this problem but he has not even listen and not doing solve till date.

Finally MCG officers are requested Please take up this matter on priority and take strict actions against him.

Palam Vihar Block C1 / Sector 3 is badly impacted with so many stray dogs . These dogs are neither vaccinated and they bark and attack on residents and children . The situation has worsened since the time MCG has taken control . These dogs also chase delivery boys bikes who can meet accident any time due to this and is life threatening . Seems MCG is waiting for loss of life to take action . The most affected area is the lane starting with 429 / C1 and nearby lanes .

Sewer is full from the last 2 months and we are facing lot of problems here. It is very unhygienic here due to waste water. Nobody comes from MCG to slice the problem. Could you please look into this as soon as possible

Location - New railway road infront of St. Crispin senior secondary school.
Main Sewage line is blocked since 2 months and after many complaints to JE - Mr.Sachin Sharma and his supervisor - Mr. Parveen, the issue is being on hold.
They are not taking any actions and due to the blockage, there a lot of sewage smell in the locality.
Please take some actions and get it resolved as soon as possible.

I would like to complaint about the severe menace created by 20-25 monkeys in Sushant Lok 1, C block, 509 and around. Destroying the property, jumping on our car roof which has got severe dents and will soon get cracked. Plants and pots are broken, milk supply is disrupted. We are scared to go out in terrace and our visitors are calling from the lane not able to enter our house. Situation is extremely concerning, I would request your urgent intervention please.

In the huda market sector 5. There are some nepalis who place there carts and start selling there fast food with zero hygiene level also there is no place for cars to get parked. They usually come come after 5 o clock. The whole huda market is being messed up and no action is being taken since many years. As they are all nepalis they even dont have there living proof in india. They are all illegal and also create great mess in the market. Also there is always violance created in the market, being a resident of sector 5 it has been impossible to take womens to the market. The cops are also included in this and they come weekly to take haftas from them. If someone ask them to shift them they start messing with and also start finghting. Also they says go and do whatever you want we will talk to the cops and do what we want. I request our honourable chief minister sir to take action over this and being a resident here i have full hope from you that you will surely have a look over this. Thank you

This is to inform you, we are Resident of sector 46, house no-1212. There were construction of rain dranaige pipeline in our lane 6month back. But the issue is there is no road construction after that. This is very serious concern as there were big digs was created on the road due to which many people fall down and suffered from injury. If proper steps not to be taken then it will become some critical issue for your department in case someone will get serious injury.
We have the duty to intimate you on time so that no issue will be created for you in future. If your department has taken the responsibility for repair rain drainage pipeline then definitely road construction should be first priority after that.

I have shared few pics on this complain which gives you clear vision how this is worst problem for us.

I hope some proper action to be taken asap by your team. if this will not happen, i will highlight this issue through CM window and news agency as well.

This is regarding the complaint of stray dogs menace & bite cases in Kendriya Vihar, Sector 56, Gurgaon.
In KV society, there are so many stray dogs roaming freely inside the society, barking, chasing vehicles and biting residents. Though residents have submit formal complaints several times to KV management but in vain.
We are not able to walk on the road & children's feel threaten when stepping out from house to play inside the society.
In a recent case also of Mar 10, 21, a stray dog bite a resident of DX-176 on his foot. Earlier also there are several dog bite cases happened in the Kendriya Vihar society.

The dogs are getting aggressive day by day and sudden attacks the passers by. Apparently, the situation is extremely threatening when alone & people avoid to walk in the society especially children's & old age residents. Kindly look into the matter and relocate the dogs.

They are highly infectious and biting people regularly. Henceforth, we request you to take immediate action against these stray dogs. We have tried to log the complaint on the MCG website also. A grievance link is there but it is not enabled. Kindly look into the matter on an urgent ground.
