Palam Vihar Block C1 / Sector 3 is badly impacted with so many stray dogs . These dogs are neither vaccinated and they bark and attack on residents and children . The situation has worsened since the time MCG has taken control . These dogs also chase delivery boys bikes who can meet accident any time due to this and is life threatening .
