Municipal Corporation Of Gurgaon — Unclean, unhygienic water supply in taps

I am a resident of sector 23 A, raising concerns over the quality of water supply in the area.
It is observed that the water is dirty, has foul smell and absolutely unfit for use/consumption.
We can take only so much precaution for drinking water but for other activities we have nonoption but to depend on the water supply in the tap. This needs immediate attention as it impacts the general public heath and hygiene, may cause the spread of water borne diseases as well as aid in aggravation of seasonal diseases rampant during during rains. Children and elderly people are at higher risk comparatively, due to the lower immunity than an average adult.
