Municipal Corporation Of Gurugram — Payment I made not reflecting in the website

I have made payment to MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF GURUGRAM via net banking against CONSUMER NUMBER: 12232090 from my hdfc saving account, payment isn’t reflecting in the MCG portal nor showing receipt whereas the money was debited from my account.
Please help
