Municipal Corporation Of Jaipur — barking of dogs in groups

My exams are there not mine and of so much students but when i woke early morning in 4'o clock to study silently the dogs come in group and start barking hours till sun rises .. no one is taking these fellow dogs from here so my complaint is to take these dogs away from my area please please please it's a kind request otherwise I'll fail... These dogs disturbs our daily sleeping hours and they disturbs the whole area as in whole day they doesn't bark a single time but when the night cames they bark as loud as they are the owners of the area or the king of any country if i had a gun I'll kill them on bark on shoot ...
