Municipal Corporation Of Jaipur — Birth and death certificate

Dear sir
i am a jaipur citizen and i want to complaint about my birth certificate, I was born in 1-2-2001 at the janana hospital at chandpole, jaipur rajasthan but there is no data entry of my birth in the nagar nigam of jaipur please help me and give a birth certificate as soon as possible because i want to apply this certificate on exam form which last date is 5-4-23 please sir/mam help me . please give birth certificate i know it is not possible for you
