Municipal Corporation Of Jaipur — colony people treating public park as a private property

Respected sir/madam,
Here in sector-6 pratap nagar sanganer, in [jagrati park], some people use their lock and locked the park gates, made cricket pitches for their own child and locked them, not allowing anyone to play inside it and made small rooms inside government park.
They permanently locked all the gates without any proper reason, made small rooms inside park.
When someone ask the reason from them then they will start fighting.
In this stressful life children are not allowed to play, so what they will do.
It is my humble request to you please take strict action on this so that people will not treat public property as their private property.
