Municipal Corporation Of Jaipur — Complain about loud horn played during waste collection

Dear Authorities,

This is to bring to attention that the waste collection van honks loudly during the complete waste collection process. As soon as the van enters, the van continuously keeps on honking loudly without any break until the van leaves the colony after 15 mins of time.

This creates so much o[censored]nwanted noise pollution when instead honking once or twice is sufficient or else the song played would be much desirable.
This is also creating a big problem for all the elders and children, and others as well who are disturbed with un-necessary continuous loud honking.

As a citizen who wish for the welfare of the society, I would request if the intensity and duration of the horn can be reduced as once or twice the horn is more than useful.
