Municipal Corporation Of Jaipur — Dead street dog in mahaveer nagar

I am resident of mahaveer nagar which is considered to be the most prestigious area in jaipur. I feel very sad in writing this complaint. I am making a complaint because there was no action taken when i called on the dead animal pick up number ([protected]) instead they said "we pick up animals and not dogs". I mean how dumb and stupid can the department be? They don't consider a street dog an animal? We know dog is a pet to humans but before that it is an animal. As there was no action taken from the jaipur municipal corporation. We decided and called the society sweepers paid them rs. 500 and then they took away the body.
