Municipal Corporation Of Jaipur — Dumping Garbage in front of my house by Nagar Nigam Employee

I am writing to complain about the Nagar Nigam employee dumping garbage in front of my house for the past 1.5 months. When I asked him to stop, he claimed that the Nagar Nigam had instructed him to dump it there. I have attached a video for your reference.
