I am constrained to pen this complaint after observing for several months. I reside in 53/101, vt road, mansarovar. The vehicle comming to collect the garbage is not regular. What is disheartening is that the vehicle gets into the lane raghuvar marg from vt road side and goes into the quadrangles in front of the lane as well as the one behind the lane. One can hear the loud music of the vehicle. This way good about 25 house owners keep waiting and they are forced to keep the bins back into their houses. Some annoyed ones empty the bins in the erstwhile dumping point from where lifting by nigam has been discontinued.

Therefore, i request you to instruct the concerned persons to lift he garbage from the houses of those who are otherwise contributing in a 'responsible' manner.
