Municipal Corporation Of Jaipur — garbage van (kachra gaadi) not picking up garbage

Garbage van comes in our lane first of al not daily but alternate days and secondly does not pick up garbage from my house. It does not play the song “swachh bharat” even so that we could get to know. Pathetic behaviour. Once he went by my house without pickung up the garbage and i called him he said aftee going to the last end of the lane “ idhar aake daal jao m toh nahi aa raha jaha shikayat karni h kar lo”
