Hello, my name is komal saini. I lives in purani basti area. One of my neighbour is keeping cow in the residential area. They leaves the cow daily in front of my house to dung and not cleans the road. I am fed up of this situation. I daily reminds them to clean the road but they just laughs and don't to anything. I have to pay the sweeper to clean the road. Please solve this ASAP.
