Municipal Corporation Of Jaipur — Not collecting garbage

I'm a resident of Mahaveer Marg, Malviya Nagar. The garbage pickup van doesn't do the sirening, and thus the garbage is not collected. If the garbage is kept beforehand, then the street dogs spill out the garbage. Its been 3 days that the garbage is collected.
