Municipal Corporation Of Jaipur — payment pending

I am a vendor from delhi. I have supplied waste container with stand 100 liter - 180 unit against order no.10064925/nnj/2017/101 dated 15.06.2017.
Delivery of which was completed on 17/07/2017.
And they make a promise that payment will be done in 15days but now it has been more than two months and payment still not released.
I humbly request u to please take an action against it.

This is the only department i am facing so much of problem.
