Municipal Corporation Of Jaipur — Rain water accumulation and water clogging

I am a residents of Karni Nagar, khirni Phatak, Jhotwara.
Due to leveling up of road there is high water accumulation outside all houses causing problem to even move out of house and also causing problems for the people passing around near the highway.
Kindly lookafter either by Following better system to construct roads or any other means
