A dead cow is lying behind my balcony, just behind my building from morning it is stinking very much. And flies are also increaseing .My address is mumal residency phase 4 kushal nagar, near riico sanganer, under the flyover. I tried to call all the nagar nigam org. But they are not responding. Even they are not attending the call . I must say Our administration is really very slow and ineffective. If it is not right than prove me wrong by resolving my problem ASAP...
otherwise, i will take strict action on all you guys.
