Respected sir The street lights in my lane are damaged since the rains struck jaipur a few days back. One light is in opposite my house (Address: Lane no. 8, B177 Nityanand Nagar queens road, jaipur. Jul 01, 2017 Updated by Dr. Kailash Chandra Sharma Sir, I have lodged the above complaint vide the complaint ID 1615795 on 1-07-17 on about 4.30 pm, after few minutes i.e. confirmation the complaint on my registered e-mail, I have received a call on my mobile by cell no. [protected] and one Mr. verma insisted me to disclose my Bank ATM or Debit card details and he told me that to entertain your complaint an amount of Rs. 10 is necessary to pay for the removal of complaint and this amount is only to be paid by online mode . I requested him to please inform me the A/C no. in which I can deposit the required fee by Banking NEFT system but he refused and tell me that if you can not disclose your ATM or Debit card details then your complaint will be rejected by him. so plz. look into the matter and if any fee is chargable then plz. let us know your bank account details so we will deposit the same in account.
