Municipal Corporation Of Jaipur — Rude behaviour of garbage collector

As a resident of ward no. 27, Naya Khera I would like to draw your attention towards the garbage collectors ( vehicle no. - RJ14GF3754) .
Their service is very irregular, they come once a week and refuses to take the whole waste . The driver's and the helper's behaviour is very rude towards the residents. On being questioned about this whole matter they even challenge us by saying go and file the complaint .
We can't tolerate this kind of behaviour anymore. So I request you to take strict and needful actions ASAP.
