Municipal Corporation Of Jaipur — Throwing Garbage near my House

This issue has been going here for more than a year. Even my Mother has complaint to Panchayat but no use.
Now it's been habit to people here that they throw there garbage near my house which is just outside of Badi BrahamPuri.
Even a Garbage pull Tractor comes in this area once in 3 days where even those guys don't take away these garbage.
Then this garbage get spread all over the road which again attracts local cattles/dogs. Bad smell all over the area but people don't care.

We are in very trouble situation and due to this all insects/mosquitos are also got increased in this area due to this.
