Someone Built Unauthorized Booth on parking space in front of my shop and started selling tea and other stuff because shop was closed due to some family issues for few years, when i reached him and told him to move he didnt listen and kept his business running for months

That shop is the only source of income for me an my grandmother plz kindly help me with this concern
