Municipal Corporation Of Jaipur — Wastage at my adjoining empty plot

I am staying at 111/89 vijay path mansarovar. There is a empty plot near to my house and all the people's throw their home wastages at that plot because of it so many masquitos and other insects due to which some infection might be possible to my family or nearby also. As we all knew rainy season is going on because of which water is getting filled in empty can of trash over there, which has caused abrupt increase in population of mosquitoes. Please help as it might become a big problem for everybody living here.
Take some intiative action against the landlord of that plot or remove that wastage from that plot. The plot no is 111/88 vijay path agarwal farm mansarovar jaipur.
