Municipal Corporation Of Jaipur — Water wasting

Hello Sir,
I am residing in Roop Nagar-2, ward number 136.
My neighbours are wasting water a lot and it's their routine schedule. I can not see this.
I am writing to take some intiative at government end to make them understand if water. Because जल है तो जीवन है।
