Municipal Corporation Of Jaipur — why not dustbins in streets also.

I'm a resident of ak gopalan nagar khatipura jaipur.
It's really disappointing that authorities are only concerned about the areas under influential people.
We have a purpose to see our city whole clean and green but when it comes to development i see it in only few areas. Mostly main areas are very clean and attractive. Our streets are also a part of this city why there are no dustbins in the street corners?. We try our best to contribute but children and some people litter around the streets because of no dustbin. Authority is concerned about blue and green dustbins in main areas only. I request you to detail out this matter and try to fix it out in our very part of streets also.
