Municipal Corporation Of Kanpur — complaint regarding throwing of garbage beside the house by neighbor residentials

Respected sir/mam;
I live in kda colony shyam nagar and here beside my house people of colony throw all waste and they dont give to garbage collector. This is providing the habibat to pigs nd polluting whole colony.
Kindly help sir. Atleast i trust government so please provide a solution. I have many times told the people of my colony to not to throw the garbage in colony but they fight and throw there only. I want to please resolve it and ask people to give it to garbage picker. And don't pollute the colony it will spread disease and foul smell and it is the issue of every day fight.
