Municipal Corporation Of Kanpur — Dead Animal lying in locality for 3 days

There is a dead dog in my locality lying on road for three days. The garbage van comes and go but nothing is done about it. Kindly see into this. Its unhygienic for people around as well as cruel towards a dead animal.
