Municipal Corporation Of Kanpur — Death of a cattle

I live in B block panki kanpur 208020,
Tried to reach out to municipal corporation several times due to passing away of a cattle on the road my neighborhood.
They're not responding to the call and not action has been taken in last 26 hours after the report.
I request the authority to see into it and get it possible as it is hot weather as of now and the corpse will decompose at a faster speed.
Or at least respond to the calls made to the corporation.
