I want to inform you that my neighbour is petting cows illegally by chandra bhan yaday, lala and one retire ary man (Unkown name) at 510 kailash vihar jajmau near takshila school kanpur before my house and spoiling environment of locality. Please take necessary action in this direction to remove this illegal animal husbandry in urban locality it is causing spread of diseases and harming the locality
