Municipal Corporation Of Kanpur — Noise pollution & loud music irregular activity carried by unauthorised residents

Dear sir/ madam

I am a resident of Juhi Usmanpur w block keshav nagar (208014) which lies under natawantola near J-2 park here people are living under unauthorised possession where they are habitual of playing loud music all over with out any consent or approval, we are students and working professionals who have to face difficulties in managing our work life balance due to loud music and their irregular activities such as playing cards in front of main door and blocking the road by standing in groups and scattering their livestock all over the road.

Please help to resolve the issue. Since last 3 nights they are playing loud music more than 12 AM and no body cares.
