Municipal Corporation Of Kanpur — not proper work in road & draining

Dear sir, kindly inform you in infront of my home one contractor have spread bricks & also do the drainage work but in my absence my old parents has money request to him but he has not repair naali & spread the brick over our publicly naali that cause rain water is coming in my home. Still contractor are working. I have already request to our area parshad but he is also not taking interest.
