Dear sir,
This has reference to my complaint dated : 25.03.2017 and subsequent reminder dated : 27.03.2017 [ cosumercomplaints.in id : 1525204 ].
I, most regretfully, wish to inform you that my above complaint is unattended till date. Due to absolute darkness in the area, there remains great risk o[censored]ntoward incidences like accident or any criminal activity by unsocial elements. So, an immediate necessary action is urgently solicited in this serious matter.
I, therefore, once again request you to please replace or repair all defective street lights in front of my house (Mig 92, indira nagar, kanpur-208026) and adjacent to the vicinity (Ie.in front of house numbers mig 96, mig 121 & mig 123) immediately on top priority, failing which, i shall be compelled to approach higher authorities for action against people responsible for this undue delay in such an important matter of public interest.

Regretfully, I wish to inform you that my previous complaints dated 25.03.2017 & 27.03.2017 [ ConsumersComplaints.in ID : 1525204 ] regarding non-functioning of street lights in front of my house ( MIG 92, Indira Nagar, Kanpur-208026 ) and in the adjacent vicinity ( ie. in front of house numbers MIG 96, MIG 121, MIG 123 ) are still unattended.
Due to absolute darkness all around, there is great risk of mishaps like accident or any criminal activity etc.
A QUICK AND EFFECTIVE ACTION IN THIS SERIOUS MATTER IS URGENTLY REQUIRED, SO AS TO AVOID ANY UNTOWARD INCIDENCE OR UNWANTED ANTI-SOCIAL ACTIVITY.
Once again, this reminder is being sent for an early action, failing which, we shall be compelled to approach higher authorities or some other channel to get this significant work done on priority.
