Dear Sirs sanitation conditions in my locality Ratan Lal Nagar Kanpur are really very pathetic and there is danger of any epidemic breaking out anytime. Drainages have not been cleaned for years. Ironically Kanpur Nagar Nigam considers this area as posh and accordingly circle rates for property sale purchase registry are very high. Taxes are also collected regularly.
