Municipal Corporation Of Kanpur — sewer line workers not connecting my house

I am rekha devi. My address is 1/92, sazari farm, sanigawan road, kanpur. Nowadays, sewer line connection is going on in my street but the workers are not making my connection without any valid reason. Since we are not having contacts with higher persons related to sewer line connection, hence they are asking for a lot of money (Around rs.5 thousand) for making a simple connection, which is infact their duty. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible. It is a very rude behaviour that only my house is not being connected without any valid reason. I will be highly obliged if you pay attention towards this problem.

The dogs in my locality are biting and chasing people around at 119/252 Darshan purwa gumti no.5 kanpur landmark- ashoka jewellers wali gali opp. Arya samaj mandir. I want the problem to be resolved as soon as possible.
