Municipal Corporation Of Kanpur — stray cow left in my area

Someone has left a cow around a month ago in our locality. She is sick and need help to relocate her to a proper shelter. Our area is shiv katra road, durga housing society, lal bangla.

No one is there to take care of her from other animals. She doesn't have a place to live and no food to eat. We and other people give her something to eat but she is not getting proper care. Heat is also troubling her alot.

Kindly provide her help as soon as possible.
