Municipal Corporation Of Kanpur — stray cows and cow dung everywhere

I live in birhana road, navrang cinema lane and i regret to inform that the place is stacked with cows and buffaloes. Earlier, the number of vehicles and stray animals were not as high; however, the condition is worse than ever now. Apart from the limited area for car parking and walking, the cows have made a mess by littering the roads and nearby areas with cow dung. I request the respective authorities to remove the stray cows from my area to put a full-stop to this problem once and for all.
