Municipal Corporation Of Kanpur — Street Dogs Issues

Hi,
Many unknown street dogs (around 10) have started settling near the area which are all male and are not neutered as well . Hence they are causing a lot of nuisance lately. This has never happened before as the area always had 4-5 dogs which are loved by the neighbouring people and fed as well.
But because of many new dogs coming to the same area it has become difficult to walk outside.

From paani ki tanki to Mahadeva hospital you will find a lot of dogs.
