Municipal Corporation Of Kanpur — Street dogs related problem

Sir/Ma'am,
I am writing this to apprise you about the problems we are facing in our neighborhood caused due to stray animals. There are too many street dogs particularly in my lane which create nuisance throughout the day. Specially during night time, the problem worsens Not only this, these animals litter around excreting anywhere and everywhere which causes unhealthy environment and unbearable bad smell.

I seek your quick help on this problem. Please help.
