Sir, i want you to please help me in noise pollution issue through loudspeaker in neemeshwardham society in barra-7, near rawat communication cafe. It is so difficult to study or sleep because they are playing loudspeakers at off hours also even at 1:30 am today

Playing of loudspeakers should be strictly banned from 9.00 pm to 6.00 am. Some people intentionally and jealously operate at high volume during reading and sleeping hours.
