[Resolved]  Municipal Corporation Of Kanpur — water being wasted

Respected sir,
I am a resident of civil lines and want to complain about my neighbor (Mr. Baqai, 15/202 c civil lines kanpur) who waste several hundred liters of water every day. He turns on the submersible pump and forgets to turn it off, due to which it keeps running for hours wasting several hundred liters of water every day.

Sir because of immense wastage of water, green algae has been formed on the street which you can clearly see in the video i have attached. Sir, i kindly request you to take strict action against him, i shall be very thankful for this kind favor of yours.
