I am writing such a complaint to you about the messy rubbish collecting situation. In Sector-4, Garbage collection van not coming regularly. In last 15 days, garbage collection van came only twice. Because of that, all in the dustbins in houses and outside are full and that making the area full of stinking smell and the houseflies, The smell of the garbage is so irritating and it is also very embarrassing when guests come to our houses. I am hoping that your mediation would solve the problem. The garbage management authority in my area these days is not really picking up the garbage in due time
