Dear sir,
My name is kumar anshuman. I live in lucknow. Sir, in my society their are too many street dogs are staying. They all are very dangerous, they harm many people, everyone scared when they come or leave home. When someone is on street around 5 to 7 dogs cover him and try to hit. This is too horrible for me and everyone.
Plz arrest them.
