Municipal Corporation Of Lucknow — garbage near house

M living in highway height appt on faizabad road, chinhat, behind bmw showroom, lucknow. There's a land next to my appt which is now empty and some construction work going on, but after seeing that people throw garbag on road. Infact garbage is thrown mostly by this bmw showroom guard every day on road. Earlier when no contruction he uses to throw on land now he throws in road.
Its leading to unhygenic conditions.. Such a big showroom is doing such thing wat can we say about others.. Please nees some strict action
