Municipal Corporation Of Lucknow — Heap of Garbage near my home

I am a resident of D-1524 Indira Nagar lucknow. There is a big heap of garbage near my house that has not been cleared up. The sweepers of the society are also not cleaning it up and asking for heavy money.
This garbage is accumulated since days now increasing chances of diseases.
The sweepers here are very rude to the people and do not listen at all. Please look into it and get it cleaned asap.
