Municipal Corporation Of Lucknow — I am complaining about neighbour's dog

Near my home one family has a huge dog which barks whole day. Its creating too much problem. When i tell them they say we cant do anything. I am unable to sleep at night and also in early morning the dog keeps barking. The house in topkhana bazar cantt. I dont know their house number but i request to please visit and have a check u will get to know the house as the dog keeps on barking too much.
