Municipal Corporation Of Lucknow — Non issuance of mutation cert even aftnon issuance of mutation certificate er 18 months

I had applied for issuance of mutation certificate of our house in Rajajipuram which is in zone 6, after my husband’s death based on the registered will in March 2020. All necessary documents and fees were submitted. I was promised mutation certificate in one week.
Visit by concern people we’re done at my house and queries made from neighbors.
Since then I have made numerous visits to the concerned people but I have got only promises and assurances but not the mutation.
