Municipal Corporation Of Lucknow — Regarding breeding ground for mosquito and snakes

There are empty plots in sector M1215 and one behind it, which have litter spread all over it. It is serving as a breeding ground for mosquito and snakes. Also open drainage near is never being cleaned thus serving as source of various disease.
There is no pest control.
