Seeing so many complains it is not a surprise to write this one too. 2 days back on 1st March '21. there occurred a serious incident in which a group of dogs attacked a 4 year old girl in H.A.L township. She was playing with her friend when a group of dogs attacked her. They attacked her on her neck. The girl is right now in a critical condition. She is hospitalized and the doctors have told that she has lost her voice. I cannot provide a picture as I am an outsider; but, my close family member told me this incident.
Children cannot be restricted in their homes. This society belongs equally to both humans and animals. But, if such incidents take place strict action should be taken.
I want you to take strict action against this and dogs should be evacuated soon.
