Respected sir/ maidam, i want to raise a complaint about street dogs in havlock road coloney, near yojana bhawan. They all time fight, sits over car roof top and chase on going vehicles. They are threat to on going peoples and specially kids, continuously bark and fight at night makes annoying and uncomfortable. Please kindly see this issue. Before they hurt anyone. Thanks
