Sir, there are lot many stray dogs in Indraprastha Estate ph-1, Roorkee road, Meerut. All of them chase two wheelers and four wheelers. Keeps barking day and night and have attacked many people till now, including residents and outsiders.All of them keeps fighting and attacks among themselves and gets severe wounds.
